Term used to define An annoying little bastard! Scrutnys are quick on the scene to gather round and inspect anything new or 'Nickable' On poor council estates in the UK. The clothing of choice of course ill-fitting sportswear, bleached hair optional.

Blad Greeting slang- shortening the phrase ''Whats happening'' Into a smaller, 'more understandable' word.

Weaver glanced up, recognising the towering vison that is Willis approaching, he raised his arm and shouted ''Wapnin Will!'' in appreciation.
