The term "Smokin batshit" is a multi-purpose phrase used to describe any action Direction statement comment Etc that is stupid beyond belief. It refers not to the comment itself but to the generator or originator of said comment.
Of course you can always use it directly at the individual. Somebody says something to you or does something that just just jaw droppingly stupid you can say to them"you've been smoking batshit."

Do a bunch of meth for about 3 days (no sleeping) and you will be wigging. This isn't necessarily a bad thing. It can be interesting as opposed to tweaking which is for people that can't wait. Under what conditions with certain planetary alignments you can power wig.

When something is just stupid, foolish or just not working right. Has no relationship to things homosexual. For instance; you see a friend who is wearing the stupidest shoes ever. You can tell him "Dude those shoes are gay." Will work in just about any situation.
