A huge rundown estate segregated from the rest of the town that is used to express someone’s attraction towards a woman. The highest level of old dean is taking a girl to the top of the old dean tower and back down again, this can be done multiple times.
On a Separate note it can also be used to express levels of other states of being. For example after a night of raving on Dizz, Ket, or whatever your vitamins of choice are, you finally tuck into multiple jeffreys/biftas/zutes and are absolutely chonged.
