Words of origin; vagina and vengence. Simply, a vagina of retribution. A woman seeking revenge. However, men can be included aswell.
For example, a man can be wronged because he is a pussy and that wrong action will be met by some diabolical, backstabbing, bitchy vengence.
"Did u hear what she did to her ex-boyfriend, talk about vagence?"

The high-pitched sound one makes at somebody who is complaining about stupid shit so to irritate them even more.
