A comment usually left by someone indicating "bullshit" to a story deemed likely made up. Is usually a reply to an online message board like Reddit, or on Youtube comments.

what's that when it's at home? 

request to simplify the language, avoid fancy titles etc. uses the idea that at home, people don't bother trying to sound impressive. calling a spade a spade.
"i'm an italian cuisine delivery expert"
"what's that when it's at home?"
"pizza boy"

That's what's up 

Meaning that you fully understand and/or agree and find yourself excited about the idea or suggestion proposed.
Friend 1: "Yeah so I'm thinking we chill before, and then hit the club by 9. Got mad beer at the crib anyway"

Another way of saying "what?" or "pardon me"

Person 1- (Says something unintelligible)

what's that got to do with the price of cheese in China 

The phrase is used to mean “How is this relevant to the conversation?”, especially if a person seems to be actively avoiding the topic being discussed.
Me: Hey, do you have that $20 bucks you owe me.

Him: Hey, have you seen the movie Hot Tub Time Machine yet?.

Me: What's that got to do with the price of cheese in China?

What's that? 

Something you say when you are embarrassed about something or trying to change the subject.
Adam: "So Dwain I heard you blew that guy last night."
