When you are stressed over anything important and your body decides now is the perfect time for you to need to take a shit.

Before every test Billy has to take a stress shit before he leaves his house.

When someone is stressed to the point that they frequently have to shit. This may also compromise the "integrity" of said shit.

"Are you guys excited for the performance tonight?"
"Yeah I am, but Steve has been stress shitting all morning."
