1)To text someone across the room just as an excuse to text someone.

2) An excuse to why you didn't answer a text message.

Dude 1: Dude 2! Why didn't you answer my text last night?!

Dude 2: Because, Dude 2, um...my phone died...?

Dude 1: Nice texcuse...
