Death Spree
It's a word used mostly in games (or by people with multiple lives) and it's kind of the same as a killing spree, the only difference being that you don't actually kill anyone and you seem to die a lot many times in a row. It can also be used when you're loosing a lot of points in a game.
In Call of Duty 4:

"Our clan were in the lead in the beginning, unfortunately Steven went on a death spree and we lost by 150 points"

In Wii Sports Resort Table Tennis:

Person 1: Yes, I win again. Thank you Motion Plus!

Person 2: Speak for yourself, this motion plus of yours is sending me on a death spree.

In Ninja Gaiden games on hardest difficulty settings:

"I switched on the console, inserted the game, pressed the start button, and before I could say "Holy F*" I were caught in a death spree."

When typing an essay or paper for school/work you may get bored or distracted and type random words/letters completly off topic of the paper just to take a break. This is called a typing spree. what you type when in a typing spree may be influenced by a song you are listening to or an event that happend earlier that day.

Note: the words in a typing spree are usually deleted after the writer realizes what he typed made no sense and that he was just really bored so he randomly typed to cure his boredom.

A Wikipedia-Spree is an extend period of time in which an individual constantly reads Wikipedia pages, jumping from one page to the next, motivated by curiosity. Usually the individual has no intentions of reading any of the Wikipedia pages they do read. The individual often looses track of time, only to find himself much more knowledge-full about useless knowledge.
"I totally didn't get my assignment done last night, I ended up going on a huge Wikipedia-spree for hours. On a brighter note I now know that the oldest hotel in the world was established in the year 718."
