Snupper is an early dinner meal usually consumed on occasions when one will be occupied during the normal dinner hours and something more substantial than a snack is required for sustenance, but a full supper would be too heavy or inconvenient to prepare.
Chicken fried rice with vegetables is a great snupper because it has a protein, a starch, and vegetables, and it is enough to fill you up for a couple of hours but not too heavy to bog you down, and it is quick and easy to prepare.
