Snotty Nose

A street term for childhood or a child, normally referring to pre-teenage years. This term is most famously used by Lil Wanye in several of his raps.

New Orleans has been my hood since a snotty nose.

I haven't been there since a snotty nose.

An extra Chrome kit added to the front end of a car, including a chrome grill, bumper, etc.

"Ham sandwich meant Brougham Cadillac
Quarter inch stripes, wheel kit on the back

Usually refers to a kid who is immature, irritating, or little consequence. A slightly different conotation would be a punk kid.
