Basically, it's synonymous to "Hit it and Quit it". Smash it and Cash It refers to having sex, (Smash It), and then bragging to all your friends, (Cash It).
It can also be used as: You have sex with a prostitute (Smash It) and then pay her (Cash It).

It is esentially smash or pass, although instead there is now money involved. Would you rather smash as in fuck or cash as in take money. The amount must be said by the person who asked the question. This game also has another variation called Smash or Cash negative in which if you don't want to smash (fuck) someone how much money would you fuck them for, or would you Not take the money at all.
Person 1: Smash or Cash? (Points at girl/guy)
Person 2: How much?
Person 1: $200
Person 2: Damn... that's a lot of money, but she sexy af smash.
