A sketchy person. Usually someone who has smoked a lot of marijuana. Originated at Lester B. Pearson by a group of kids when someone called an individual a sketch, but said skurch instead. He then became skurch.

Person 1: Yo skurch do you have an extra butt man?
Skurch: Uh i don't know dude. I think i don't. But the sky is blue my friend.
Person 2: You're a sketch, skurch.
Person 1: Lol

A person that is up to no good while portraying to be a good church girl and is very manipulative.

Person 1: Look at that skurch over there with a smile on her face, waiting on Gary.
Person 2: Yeah, she will rip him a new one.
