So like it's toooootally basically just like the word woah, ya know, but like when you put in a sh- as a prefix, it like becomes, shwoaaaaahhh..... Used with a hang loose hand gesture, and said when you see something cool, or not cool, but simply you are trying to lighten the mood.......

Chloé: So, I just bought the coolest jacket at Urban Outfitters that was like 100 dollars before, but I totally got it for like 20 bucks.

An exaggerated synonym of the word woah but more exciting and it simply sounds better.
Shwoah can even be used when surprised.
