A personality trait formed of boasting about sex/sexual activities usually done by a person who has recently begun having sex after a long dry spell. The change in subject to sex in the group is also likely to have been brought up by the same person, making tenuous links to otherwise non-sexual discourse.

A sexuality based off of dating a gender fluid person thats gender always changes, so instead of saying you are pan, bi etc and you only wanna take that person you can say you are sexflexuality

Milan: "I have a boyfriend! her name is Yolanda and he is gender fluid!"
Mike: "So what sexuality are you?"
Milan: "sexflexuality!, it's where you are dating a gender-fluid person but don't wanna be bi, pan etc and I only wanna date them!"

if you are dating a gender fluid person or their gender keeps changing, Instead of declaring that you are pansexual, bisexual, etc. and that you only want to date that person, you can instead describe your sexual orientation as sexflexuality.
