Some one with a lack of remorse and empathy and many other symptoms I'm no scientist but as moderate psychopath I can confirm those 2 .

Gained it from my father how was not the best father for a the first few years of my life did things he shouldn't of done I didnt understand then but now I am more smarter than I was 7 years ago I understand he is still a not so great father but i see the pain that he has gone through.Okay I'll stop ranting about this (sorry)

Person who has no empathy. they are narsarsstic. They are incapable of doing or telling the truth. ie. politicians are a good example of the behavior.
Political party's in there current power structure allow psychopathic behaviour to flourish unchecked.

A person who knows the difference between right and wrong, but chooses to fuck and distroy peoples lives. Shows fake emotions towards others, and chooses to lie to every single person they know, This person would happily destroy anything or anyone simply for personal pleasure or gain.
