To perpel or "perpelling" is the act of forcing oneself to do something even when you cannot be bothered to do that thing, through reasons of obligation.

"I was really stoned last night and I couldn't be bothered to change my sheets but they stank so I perpelled".

"I had to perpel when I was doing the washing the other day, I was so unwell".
