Usually for pwning or making fun of the admin in a counter-strike game.

Usually reserved for the hardest of gaming criminals...

When you get permanently banned and can never come back for the entirety of your life.

Fuck, they just perma-banned me from the competiton. Now I will never be able to join it again.
