The Palmatier

When one torques his body 180 degrees to one side. then proceeds to torque back to the other side while keeping his arms out like wings but keeping them straight and in a horizontal motion. This is a great collaboration created after Mr.Palmatier from Conestoga High. -Jon Vila, Courtland Manning

The act of a vehicle-less individual imposing themselves on people in order to gain free transportation to seemingly inconvenient locations.

She tried to pull a "palmatier" so she could visit with a friend, smoke and watch Japanese soap operas. When I said "no", she told me to shut up.
