Obtation 

If somebody goes against the pre-defined rules of social cannabis smoking.

When passing round a "spliff", if a member of the group passes it the wrong way, i.e. anti-clockwise, it is know as obtation. A member of the group merely has to say the word to acknowledge the wrongdoing.
