Much like nigga or nigger it is a term for black people. When used it is not ment to be offensive but often perceived that way.

A derogatory term used by some Africans to refer to African Americans who they view as racially impure.

African pagan: "Our gods demand sacrifices of the upmost physical fitness."
White American: "How about we send you Lebron James? He's a phenomenal athlete, and we are getting sick of him anyways."
