a color almost impossible to define, although retards think its a blacklight. (its not!)
a retarded color thought up by a smartass (myself), mainly used to brush off annoying douchebags, or stun idiots for a short time so you can escape the barrage of stupidity while they try to think about it.

A Black person (Black American) that participates in what has otherwise been considered Black culture. NeoBlacks are different from traditional Blacks as they are usually criminals, self-proclaimed victims, disrespectful, ghetto, guiltless and shameless. Politically, they are Democrats and as such, the majority are lifelong welfare recipients.
