Meant to be used ironically, it is a stupid racist term aimed toward asian people. It makes no sense because asian people pronounce L's as R's and not the other way around.

One who discriminates against lace.

Person 1: That dude was a total lacist.
Person 2: Definitely.

"And then he said, 'youl doolberr is bloken'"
"Dude. That's so lacist."

One who demonstrates discrimination against shoe laces, in particular people who wear shoes with said laces.

Guy 1: Get a load of those laces this dude is wearing!
Guy2: Bro that is really lacist of you. Not cool man.
