KOD, also known as Kill your demons is a phrase some say when deciding to start over or to rid yourself of negative energy.
Mostly used by a select few who listen to J. Cole's music, in reference to his latest project KOD, KYD can be used in the same way, however more personally and directed towards an outward person within a conversation.
