Usually said in a dutch accent.
A man that says "So eh" alot can be called Mr. Klumpin'

"So eh how's the klumpin'?"
"Who's that guy over there? / Who him? That's Mr. Klumpin'!"
"i want to klumpin you."
"you are so klumpin."
"I like that klumpin' you've got there!"
