The act of a woman flaunting around her chest to take the attention off her body that is normally very whale like. Most girls that pull an "Ickes" are also very mouth and like to instigate drama with better looking girls they feel threatened by.

Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
