An Internet form of Godforsaken referring to a board, chat room, forum, online community or game server that has minimal or no moderation. Commonly used when a previously moderated environment has been deserted by its Moderators and has, quite simply, gone to Hell.

Spammer: *CONTINUOUS SPAMMING OF BOARD*

User 1: Someone ban this fucking spammer!

User 2: It's no use, this board hasn't seen a moderator since yesterday... We may as well leave.
