a person, genarally a aunt and or grandma that gives a seemingly useless gift to someone that has no real use for the gift, but on rare occasions could be useful to someone else in the vicinity.

Every time I proved Jose wrong during one of his Twitter lies, he would post a GIF of Trump or some cartoon creature saying "wrong" to claim I was wrong. What a GIFTard!
