A slur for Crusty Old Man. Can be used as an insult but is only politically correct for other crusty old men to say.

Jerome (an epic young kid): man, old Jenkins pushed me off his lawn and t was totally unradical!

Giddle - messing around/being annoying/being lazy/being stupid

If you were to giddle you would be messing around. Eg "Neil, stop giddling around and do some work."

If you want to tell someone they are being annoying you could tell them to stop being a giddle.
