noun. The use of a big ass fan in an office or home in the place of a legitimate cooling system. The bigger the fan, the more ghetto the A/C.

coincidentally, a ghetto fan is a chinese resturant menu folded up and briskly waved to provide relief from the heat.

Sebastian: "My goodness, its like a convection oven in here."
Javier: "Don't worry, Josh is hooking us up with some ghetto A/C as we speak."
(A loud whirring sound errupts and buzzing resonates through the office)

A Ghetto Condom

A banana peel, peeled from the bottom (not the stem end). It is placed on the erect penis and then secured by wrapping the peel with tape in critical spots. With the stem still attatched it is located at the head of the penis thusly allowing it to double as a free method of abortion as it would scrape out any fetus located in the wome. Works best for those with a curved penis. Not recommended for anal intercourse without first removing the stem.
