Displays of Black fragility are but not limited to 1. having a hard time dealing with the truth behind most Black stereotypes.

2. Distorted sense of reality.

3. The delusion of Black “supremacy”.

4. Calling foul(racism) when things don’t go their way.

5. Not contributing to a project/s but expecting equal stakes, reminds me of the story of ‘The Little Red Hen’.

6. Easily triggered when faced with facts, or called out on their ways …

7. Wanting to be held to “lower”standards

8. Holding themselves & other groups of people to double standards.
Examples of Black fragily & the distorted sense of reality:

“Black men are kings/ Black women are queens”
“Black people can’t be racist.”

Examples of Black fragility & the double standards:
‘Causing harm, using derogatory terms to address people but having a hard time being on the receiving end.’

(Derogatory) The belief that all white people are inherently evil, racist, monstrous, and inclined to genocide, and therefore they can't suck it up.

Believers in this idea don't stop to think that people are sick of this stereotype and that talking about race makes them uncomfortable despite being against racism. It has also contributed to ethnic tensions within society.
People can't think critically and shut up about white fragility.

This is a term used to describe a man who has a fragile sense of masculinity for whatever reason. It can be used for someone who tries too hard to fit the male stereotypes in fear of looking too feminine in front of society.
Jim: I wouldn't dare wear tight jeans, im scared that someone might think im gay.

Jordan: Dude, stop having such fragile masculinity and get over it. It doesnt matter how tight your jeans are, all that matters is how comfortable you are in them. Stop giving a shit about how 'manly' people think you are. Define 'manliness' through what you do, not through society's mindset.

Despite acting tough and violent, most blacks are actually extremely fragile, both physically and mentally.
That's why a single word can make the entire black race crumble, it can make a fully grown black male curl up in the fetal position and sob uncontrollably.
Blacks are actually very sensitive and fragile/weak, black fragility is a term to describe that.

Some bill-sh made up terminology/concept that narrates the reasons why an individual refuses to have a conversation about sensitive topics usually pertaining to race. Completely ignoring the very valid reason a person might choose not to bring up race in a conversation as they may actually have no bias at all so the thought of “what race is the person I’m talking too” never even crossed their mind.
Normal person 1: *walks past two people sitting on a bench*
Jerk Person 1: “Hey did you see that asian girl earlier?”
Normal Person 2: “You mean the young lady with sunglasses and a red dress…”
Jerk Person 1: “Yeah Asian girl. I know what you’re thinking so you can just say it.”
Normal Person 2: “Uhh actually, I have no clue what you’re talking about.”
Jerk Person 1: “Yeah you do, you just don’t want to talk about it because of your ‘white fragility.’”
Normal Person 2: “Whoa! That’s pretty racist of you. First off, no I didn’t notice nor do I care what race the person who walked by us is. Second you’re assuming I’m Caucasian because my skin is light colored. Not everyone who has light skin is Caucasian and not every Caucasian person is racist. I think that’s pretty ignorant of you to try to force that narrative on people when you don’t know them and judge them based only on what you see.”
Jerk Person 1: “Oh, I never thought of it that way.”
Normal Person 2: “Clearly.”

The theory that whites are protected from ever hearing anything bad about white people somehow and so refusal to listen to how white people are bad is because they are fragile crybabies. According to the theory, societies like the US are very diligent in making sure whites aren't ever uncomfortable, talked negatively about, or removed from media, education, or elite positions.

Far from constantly hearing from every corner about how they are hated, oppressive, and needing to be removed and replaced in our media and society with more nonwhite people, whites are presumably completely unaware of any belief that they are bad and seldom encounter people who talk about that.
Example 1:

"Hey, I saw you opted out of the Diversity in Management seminar."
"Yeah, I need to get this project out and I'm really busy. Plus I already read the email summary and did the quiz."
"Figures you'd be really disgusting about it. I'm not even fucking shocked you have so much white fragility."

Example 2:

"Did you see X on the news last night? I can't believe how racist the police in this city are. It's disgusting."
"I don't watch the news."
"Fucking really? White men really are so soft. White fragility in this country is just ridiculous when you can't take half an hour every day to pay attention to POC suffering."
