Generally a small female (or homosexual male) caked in layers of makeup until they are orange or look like a oompaloompa.

Usually found in the west of scotland towards glasgw and most commonly in people from Ferguslie, Paisley.

Ex.1 eww look at the amount of makeup on that fegaloompa.
