2. A term used to describe a person who is overreacting in an outraged manner to a trifle situation.

The term comes from the popular Italian variation of name 'Dominic' and is often used in reference to an act committed by a member of the Italian Mafia. Originally the word described crimes committed by a single individual of that name, but now it is used widely as a definition for anyone who acts impulsively and ruthlessly in an overzealous manner. It can be used as a adjective, verb, and noun.

When Tony found out his sister had been punched by her boyfriend, he hunted him down and went domcrazy on his ass.

Roberto is so pissed off he is acting domcrazy.

I would stay away from Dominic when he's like this, he is domcrazy right now.

dogcrazy 

When a person loves dogs so much that they begin thinking they ARE a dog. (I know a person who is like this...)

Person 1- (walks on the floor on her hands and knees, barking like a dog) Person 2- Uhhhh... is she okay? Person 3- Yeah, she’s just dogcrazy.
