disagilation

Worse than 3 demerits, 5 citations, 4 violations, 1 verbal warning, 2 written warnings, and a disciplainary review put together. Let's put it this way you don't want to know what you happens when you get four.
Jim: What does a demerit mean?
Dwight: Let's put it this way, you do not want to receive three of those.
Jim: Lay it on me.
Dwight: Three demerits and you'll receive a citation.
Jim: Now that sounds serious.
Dwight: Oh it is serious. Five citations and you're looking at a violation. Four of those and you'll receive a verbal warning. Keep it up, and you're looking at a written warning. Two of those, that'll land you in a world of hurt--in the form of a disciplinary review written up by me and placed on the desk of my immediate superior.
Jim: Which would be me.
Dwight: That is correct.
Jim: OK, I want a copy on my desk by the end of the day, or you will receive a full disagilation.
Dwight: What's a dis... what's that?
Jim: Oh you don't wanna know.

Disagilation

When you are enjoying intercourse and your partner (partners) makes a disparaging remark about the size of any anatomical part of your body, causing you to cease your activity and enjoyment immediately.
Here we were, just banging away when I said, “Man, if your dick was just a little bit bigger, I would be way happier”, causing him to stop, jam on his jeans, sneer at me with disagilation.

disadulation

A warning received as a result of failing to submit a disciplinary review to one’s immediate superior, particularly one regarding said superior itself, in which case it is referred to as a “full disadulation”.

This generally occurs if one person receives the equivalent of 120 demerits within the company, and no review has been submitted to the superior in question by the end of working hours.
Jim: “I want a copy on my desk by the end of the day, or you will receive a full disadulation.”

Dwight: “What’s a dis... what’s that?”

Jim: “Oh, you don’t wanna know.”
