Phrase coined by Dylan Ratiger, MSNBC, basically meaning the current government/corporate system in place that is funneling money=power=control from the masses to a few select individuals, at the cost of competition and choice. Examples are the 24 trillion backing of the financial institutions and health care corporations that are exempt from the Sherman Antitrust Act.
Americans will only regain identity when they finally understand corporate communism.

I coined this term in 2001 in personal writings. It was stolen by a popular msnbc commentator who asserted to have coined the phrase and he did not.
It is the Corporate Communism that leads our nation, not the people.
