To con one's way into getting what they want through the using of others. It is a cross-breed between the words chastise and tantalize.

I often chachalize my parents into giving me more money.

1) A pranking contetion: tricking for better or for worse, a joke (primally the use)
2) A malicious contetion: deciveing, lying in a hurtful way (less common)

Watch out, he is going to chachalize you tonight!
