A person or persons, usually a socio-economically challenged degenerate, who routinely seek recyclable products from homes and businesses. They usually wear long gardening gloves and travel by themselves. They are territorial in nature and stake claims to specific streets and businesses. They have no reservations about sitting on your porch and going through any recycling bins you may have left out.
That annoying cannimal was on my front porch when I got home from work going through my recycling bin!

A mixed word between "cannibis" and "anime" describing a person who likes to indulge in inhaling or by other means ingesting cannabis before watching an anime. Can be interchangable with weedb.
