Boludez 

Something (an action,, situation, etc.) that is stupid or foolish. Basically, an adjective form of boludo. Alternatively, it can also mean something very simple to do.

Lo que hiciste fue una boludez. (What you did was a foolish thing.)

When someone's action is stupid, its also used to refer to a group of people who go by they/them (this is a spanish word mostly used in argentina)

Que boludes que acabas de hacer (whats stupid thing you did there)
¿Como andan boludes? (How are you doing people?)
