To "blow a smoke ring" is to overheat and damage electronic equipment.

I'm not sure, but I'll bet a fan went south and caused your processor to blow a smoke ring.

To fart. To trump. To drop one. To let one fly.
A euphemism for farting.
A more polite way to say farting.

Joe: “Are you blowing smoke?”
Diana: “No.”
Joe: “Oh come on, that’s rotten!”
Diana: “Well I did eat a curry last night…”
