Yomaing

Used in a first person tense when addressing someone when you don't know their name, or using it instead of 'Dude'. A derivation of the phrase 'yo man', but the trailing twangy g was added for those times when you know the name of the person you are talking to, but address them indirectly.

"Yomaing, do you have any plans for tonight?"

"Hey Yo maing... do you have a light?" - <note to prefix Yo with the icebreaker hey, and add the 'maing' separately to get the attention of the listener>

Yomping 

Royal Marines slang describing a long distance march carrying full kit.

Yomping
The most famous yomp of recent times was during the 1982 Falklands War. After disembarking from ships at San Carlos on East Falkland, on 21 May 1982, Royal Marines and members of the Parachute Regiment yomped (and tabbed) with their equipment across the islands, covering 56 miles (90 km) in three days carrying 80 pounds (36 kg) loads.
