A term that refers to when you are completely screwed and are in a terrible situation.

Synonym for: You are done for.

"It is 11:40pm and you only finished 10% of the homework due at 11:59pm. You aren't finishing that, you are cooked!"

are you cooked?

Cooked is a term for someone to politely refer to a Junkie who has lost all self control, they are usually the ones caught on video getting a fight over traffic, in shopping centres walking around not buying anything, picking up cigarette butts on the street, walking around in a T Shirt and Shorts in Winter, many more traits.
It used to refer to pot smokers being stoned but now its more the Ice/Meth/Shabu users who are just lost in their habit

Cooked Dude: Drives over a foot path, down the curb and around the corner crashes in to a power pole in middle of the day.
Bystander: What the F is wrong with you, are you cooked bro?
Cooked Dude: Ohhh errrr, ummmm yeah, ahhhhh

Are you cooked? is more rhetorical and derogatory in nature implying that someone is a mess, and their life is consumed in drugs.
