Opposite to "writer's block", a "wordache" is when the words won't stop coming. "Wordache", when mental emphasis is on "ache", can also mean the feeling of words pressing against your skin, desperately wanting to be written or spoken.
This wordache is killing me, time to get my writing ooon.

The pain in the male reproductive organ due to overexertion. Usually occurs after 4-8 'sex sessions', and generally marks the last of them for the night.

Characterized by pain and pleasure, this symptom is very obvious it the beholder.

Guy one: " I heard you guys banging until 4 am last night from my apartment! Then it got deathly quiet."

Guy Two: "Yeah I got a case of woodache. It was pain in pleasure all in one!"

city chicken 

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.
