A combination of the words "white" and wetback. A whiteback is a person of Mexican decent who does not display the stereotypical idiosyncrasies associated with their race; mainly alcoholism, and laziness, and teenage promiscuity. They do not speak Spanish, and attempt to assimilate into "white" culture.

"Did you know that Meegan is Mexican?"

Then, when the cops get to his crib, after a call of domestic abuse he tries to fight off the cops like a drunk ass Irishman in a bar fight.
