Noun. A Male that engages in conduct or behavior that is slightly sissified or wimpy. (see pussy) A derogatory term to use with other males who engage in sissy or wimpy behavior that does not rise to the severity of bitch.

When Clark turned on an auxiliary heater in the office, Scott called him WHISLEBRITCHES.
