A person who you are totally unable to hate.

or when your friends with someone and they do something awful to you and you then want to hate them but cant.

She is so nice She is filled with unhatability.

or

Jen did this to me the other day and although im really mad i cant bring myself to hate her. I think it must be Unhateability.
