You are at the bar and you slay your friend in a debate. You fake drop something in their drink and proclaim "you just got troofied bitch".

Can also be used in agreement. Your pastor states some really profound stuff. Instead of saying "praise lord, praise lord" you can simply raise a hand or two and state "troofie, troofie" as you feel the word.

The term is used most often in a derogatory way as an ad hominem by neocon trolls in order to avoid dealing with the facts, commonsense, and supporting links presented by 9/11 sceptics
