"Thala for a reason" is a satirical meme originating in India among cricket fans of MS Dhoni, mocking the extreme adulation of his fanboys who attribute everything to him. It implies that Dhoni's luck is involved in every situation where the number 7 appears, his jersey number, and is humorously used to poke fun at his fanboys.
