Takira Syndrome 

When someone is overly optimistic and cannot stop. This often results in crying and agitated fits. They talk very high pitched when they are annoyed. They are also very self conscious about other's behavior and their own.

She most definitely has Takira Syndrome.

My little brother did a Sears Tatra on me and it didn't hurt at all.
