Tactical growth is cutting or growing you hair to meet the demands of the current climate for example cutting your hair when it is too hot or growing it when it is too cold.

When in fighting games as a decent rank player, you struggle against a new or low-ranked player due to the fact that they use strategies and their characters' kit in such a way that you have never seen before, or use a strategy that you haven’t seen in such a long time.
I was playing some games online and I for some reason struggled against a player that was way worse than me. They played so weird and the fight would’ve been easy if it wasn’t for their Newbie foreign tactics.

Its tactical use as an emergency source of energy, or as a means to prolonging ones stamina probably dates back to roman times. The tactical nature of its use often falls out of line with social norms, for example, a tactical user would more likely be eating tortellini for breakfast rather than dinner.
