Short for Two Bob’s Worth. A phrase dating back to when Bob's your uncle was a common expression. A particularly Australian and British expression. Used when giving your opinion, knowing that it will most likely be ignored, but you still feel compelled to give it (particularly as you'll be able to cash in on an "I told you so"). For example, if your manager talks up some new corporate “strategy” and the changes to be made in your department, you can explain the obvious flaw, following up with “… that’s just my two bob’s worth.” Thus, dissipating any feeling the manager may have toward your lack of enthusiasm.
