Get the shart mug.This is a nationally recognized rule that all persons are allowed two sharts a year without receiving any slander. Once an individual reaches the age of 50, one shart is added to their yearly limit(3 total sharts). Once this individual hits 70 they awarded unlimited sharts. If said person exceeds the shart limit they are then subject to slander. If said individual does not reach the quota, there are no rollover sharts.
